Return Policy

What wigs can be returned?
Contact us within 7 days from the day you receive the hair, and ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no haircut, no hair dye, no altered, etc.) can be exchange/returned.

 

How to return the wig?
Normally the wig with intact lace can be returned, but CSR need to check whether the wig is complete. To help you return the wig, please email us service@Shequewigs.com and follow CSR's guide, or we are not responsible for any loss!

 

Attention please:
1. 10% restocking fee* will be applied for all returned merchandise, because Shequewigs does not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Return postage is on buyer.
2. Over 7 days since the customer received the hair Wigs, handling fee* would be charged differently (15% for 15days / 20% for 20days). NO WIGS CAN BE RETURNED OVER 30 DAYS.
3. Tracking number of the returned package needs to be provided within 7 days from the day CSR give the return address. After 7 days, we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange/return is necessary.
4. Once the handling fee is applied and tracking number of returned wig is provided, any balance remaining will be refunded to your PayPal account.

*Restocking fee and Handling fee are based on MRSP.

**For those self-return or self-exchange, our customer service representatives have the right to refuse.

***The shipping loss is NOT refundable nor delivery failure due to the following reasons (including but not limiting to):

 

1. Incorrect delivery information provided;

 

2. The contact details cannot be accessible by express to re-confirm the delivery information within 24 hours.
