Exchange Policy

What wigs can be exchanged?
Contact us within 7 days since you receive the hair, and ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no haircut, no hair dye, no altered, etc.) can be exchanged/returned. 

How to exchange the wig?
Normally the wig with intact lace can be exchanged, but CSR need to check whether the wig is complete. To help you exchange the wig, please email us service@Shequewigs.com and follow CSR’s guide, or we are not responsible for any loss!

Attention please:
1. Customers can enjoy free exchange for once and (Return postage is on buyer.). Any price difference of the exchange wig should be paid by customers.
2. 10% handling fee* for the 2nd exchange and 3rd exchange. More than 3 times’ exchange request is not accepted.
3. Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days, we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.

*Handling fee is based on MRSP.

**For those self-return or self-exchange, our customer service representatives have a right to refuse.
