I love this unit! First, the customer service is wonderful! I asked questions regarding my shipment and received a quick response. I order the unit on a Friday and received it on Thursday afternoon. Out of the box the wig felt amazing! I had my stylist cut my bangs a little but I'm so happy overall and can't wait to order another one. The customer service on social media is equally as responsive and as a first time higher end wig shopper I have loved the experience. I wish I could post a pic to show how much I love this company!!!

I'm absolutely in love with this wig. I got it in 16 inches in yaki texture, wig cap medium brown, and stocking cap brown. This is worth the investment. I am currently on a natural hair journey and was looking for a realistic looking wig. I went from waist length relaxed hair to a natural twa, so I definitely needed a really nice wig to overcome the shock of not having long hair. I tried a beauty supply store wig as I was waiting for this wig to arrive and nothing compares to this wig. I am very very satisfied with my purchase. I will be ordering another wig and I'm very pleased with my experience with this company.

I love my wig!! It looks very natural . Great for everyday wear ... I washed it as soon as I received it but washing is not necessary you can wear it right out of the box. my head is big and I purchased a size 2 but I should've purchased a size one !!! The adjustable strap makes the wig fit better and lay flat!! If you're hesitating just go ahead and buy it you won't regret this purchase!!
