I purchased this product because of the high rated reviews, and I can't say I was disappointed at all!..the service itself was straightforward; the response time to email queries was quick. Plus the wig came on time. I must say that for a first time wig-wearer I am very impressed by the quality of this wig. The hair is soft, it's not too full or too thin and therefore looks very realistic - furthermore, the bit of mesh at the top of the bangs designed to create the impression of your scalp is such a subtle feature that makes a whole difference; I have had so many compliments on how the wig looks since wearing it, and people have asked if it is actually my own hair.
