I absolutely adore this unit and am extremely glad I took the plunge to purchase. To being, the customer service team behind shequewigs is extremely polite and responsive. They answered all my questions before and after my purchase with such promptness and care. After placing my order, my package arrived in about 3 days - which in itself is incredible. The hair is extremely soft, the unit smelled great, and the hair takes to heat easily. I dyed the hair jet black and it took the dye well. I wore the hair for a week when traveling abroad and had no issues. Since purchasing, I've washed it twice and have not had any real issues with tangling or shedding. My only qualm - which may be more about personal preference - is the fluffyness of the bangs. No matter how much I try, I can never get them to just lay flat on my face.

Probably one of the best wigs I've ever had.
Delivery: I live in London and as planned this wig took 7 days to come. Product: Very soft, natural colour (1b). Once I took it out the box, I needed to straighten it and I did cut the fringe as it was long. But could easy pull the wig back to make the fringe higher. Very good wig for first time wig buyer as it's very easy to use and maintain. After washing wig, it bounced back to the beautiful style it was in. Also I found that this wig doesn't need any addition support via clips, etc as it fits very well. Probably one of the best wigs I've ever had.
