Their wigs are just gorgeous, soft in texture
Firstly, I would like to thank Customer Service for their great job in looking after me as a customer. Great customer relationship management. I'm a customer from the UK and so if and when I have questions I send an email through the chat and although it takes 1 - 2 business days to hear back from customer service team I can guarantee they're on point. Also, praise the team for sorting out a mishap problem with care and fulfilled my expectation purchasing overseas. Now for the product, I have todate, purchased 3 wigs from Shequewigs company. Their wigs are just gorgeous, soft in texture. I have tried both silk and yaki textures and I am amazed. The lace is perfect and melt. This unit just beautifully soft for a yaki texture. These wigs are easy to style no complications at all. What's also great is that you can now have the wig knots bleached upon request that's awesome for me as I prefer to have it done professionally. Shipping is great, no delays at all,.
